NOTES ON THE RUN

Hi everyone

Welcome back to the regular meetings, back at the Commonwealth Club.  We have a couple of meeting here, a guest speaker and then a club forum, before the Fred Smith concert on February 17th.

We had some nice summer sessions at various locations around Canberra, some great conversations and sunshine.  I had to miss one due to being in Quarantine, I am aware that there is a certain nervousness among club members, if anyone would like to talk about it, please feel free to reach out.

We have been steaming ahead with the Incognito Art Show, we have a website and some wonderful arthritis have already said they will donate to us.  We will discuss this at the club forum on Feb 10.  If you have a idea for something no matter how small, let me know and I will pop it on the agenda for that day

Looking forward to seeing everyone on Thursday, relaxed and refreshed

As at this morning 369 tickets have been sold for his concert on the 17th February. The capacity of the theatre is 600 so there are stull lots of tickets available. If you plan to attend the concert but have not purchased your tickets yet I suggest you do so as soon as possible. The Book button as part of the flyer below will take you directly to the Canberra Theatre Booking site. Please also pass the information to your friends, family and associates who you feel my be interested in attending. Proceeds will be converted to Canberra Centre Gift vouchers and then passed to the approximate 60 recently arrived Afghan Students for their educational supplies. Lets warmly welcome the recently arrived Afghanistan Evacuees as well as helping the students with their supplies.
