Vacancies: News Notes editor and youth positions
I will be taking a step back from Rotary duties for six months, starting in July.

Editing News Notes is not onerous. During the week I spend less than an hour in total to create and add to a draft Bulletin, and on Mondays I spend less than an hour to transfer the content to Club Runner, check the formatting, and proofread the draft Bulletin before sending it out.

Likewise, the Youth Committee Chair and Youth Protection Officer positions do not take a lot of time, and currently require action less than once a month. We have recently taken steps towards a partnership with Radford College and the next Youth Committee Chair will have a role in developing and growing this relationship.

I have the processes for these positions documented and am happy to assist with a handover. Please let me know if you are interested in taking this duty on.
